Laura Berti is an incredible tour guide! She is passionate and SO knowledgeable about ALL things that are Florence, including the Tuscany Region as well. We learned so much from her that I cannot begin to list it all here. She speaks fluent English and has a great sense of humor! She arranged the most spectacular tours all around Florence, and some wonderful day trips to Tuscan vineyards and memorable wine tastings. My nephew and his wife will be going to Florence in the coming year and will definitely be hiring Laura for her tour guide services. I cannot imagine anybody else providing the expertise and knowledge that Laura provides. She is The Best!
